Advice needed complete noob Yamaha 1100

I bought this bike today (first bike actually) and need help with tank suggestions. The tank on it is pretty damaged, I was wondering if it’s worth going with a peanut tank but I heard they are hard to install. If not where is a good place to buy another tank. (Other general questions what are some good seat mounts, can I remove the white part under the seat, should I remove floor boards)
