I just bought 2011 BMW X3 90k miles for 13k and it gave problems next day. I took it to bmw for inspection. They gave 10k estimate, I want know which problems are necessary to be fixed to be safe and can be done for cheaper.

Shock strut leaking -2570$ 4 new tires 1640$ Alignment 190$ Right Washer nozzle clogged 203$ Left washer nozzle clogged 203$ Replace spark plugs (wornt out/burnt) 472$ Oil pan gasket, engine oil leak 1815$ Engine oil filter housing gasket 972$ Replace valve cover 1925$ Hood struts 305$

I have already asked on legal advice on different subs. I am here looking into other options to fix this issue. Talking to extended insurance i bought, regular insurance, dealer and layer, all considered already and will be taken action accordingly.
