Fault Bluetooth

On my 2024 118i, I am having issues with the Bluetooth connection.

Up until last week, everything was working fine. Then one day, my music / Spotify stopped playing. Here's the recap of the issue:

  • Bluetooth calls work fine

  • On my phone, it says that the Bluetooth is connected to the car, as usual

  • On my car, it says that my phone is connected:

  • When I go to the "Bluetooth audio" setting, it says that there are no devices connected. But when I click on "Mobile Devices", my phone shows up:

And when I got into the settings of the phone connection, I do have "Bluetooth audio" that is selected:

I have no clue what's wrong, I didn't change any setting, and the Bluethooth connection is actually working since the phone calls are working fine, so I'm completely puzzled.

I have tried the basic troubleshooting: Restarting my phone, disabling / enabeling bluetooth, disconnecting & re-pairing my phone.

When I play music or a podcast on my phone, it is displayed as sending the audio to my car, since on the phone side the Bluetooth connection is working fine.

Anyone has an idea as to what is going wrong?
