2009 328i rough idle?

As the title says, my E90 has a rough idle when it gets warm. If I increase throttle 100-200 RPM, it seems to go away. Any thoughts on what could be causing this? I'm starting to wonder if the throttle position sensor could be going bad on the low end, but no ideas other than that.
