Oxygen Sensors

I have a 2002 bmw 330ci. I got code P0161 on my car scanner; says "O2 Heater Circuit (Bank 2, Sensor 2)" and I watched the 50s kid YouTube vid. Is it true that I will only need an O2 removal tool and a 22mm or 7/8s wrench? In his bio he put the part number to be 11781433940 for both? My car only gave me the code for sensor 2, but I should probably replace both huh? Please comment if you can help clarify anything. Thanks in advanced.
