Loud Speaker For Busy City Commuting?

So I go out every night on a bike ride for exercise and I’ve been wanting to get a new portable Bluetooth speaker for music. I’ve had one speaker before that was pretty good, the JBL charge 5, but was wondering if there were any better ones hopefully at a cheaper price? My main thing is loudness, I NEED my music loud lol you know drown out the car and people noise.
