Looking for a bluegrass song I heard several years ago

The song was about a man who robbed a liquor store in a town, robbed it again driving back through, and the closest thing to a lyric I can remember is "he's been on the run for 20 years, and probably will be for life". I seem to remember the cover of the album being blue, with a picture of pine tree trunks in the center.
I know it isn't much to go on, but that's all I have. Google and YouTube have failed me so far. Thanks in advance!
