Monroe style mandolin
Post Body
Hey does anyone have kind of the basis of what I need to do/know to play in the style of Bill Monroe? Or any free online resources to help? Been playing mando for nearly 2 years, lots of bluegrass and some jazz, I don’t have the money for lessons right now but I’d like to know Bill Monroe’s style to incorporate into my own style.
Edit: I’m not a beginner I’ve played other stringed instruments before mandolin and would consider myself intermediate
