Just got my first month of 30mg (S) and have read through a number of other questions and answers posted. I am 45 5’10 and about 145 lbs. Sometimes I can be a bit sensitive to medication so I thought for the first time with my wife I would take half about 2-3 hours before to see how I react and if I think I am good then leave it at that or if I think it isnt really kicking in take the other half about 30 mins before we get to it. Any thoughts on this?? Thanks!!!
30 mg is a low dose. Cutting it in half may not give you any boost. Make sure you take it on a fairly empty stomach. As far as the timing that sounds OK. If you find you need the full 30 mg I would suggest taking it about an hour before next time. keep in mind you are going to need to be turned on for it to take any effect at all. Good luck with it.
