Depends on the dosage you’re taking for the first time. I would start with the lowest dose possible and see how you feel.

If you have never taken it before you may want to bite it in half. Just a suggestion. I take 5 mg per day and have had zero side effects. I have heard people taking larger doses have had headaches, etc..
