As the title suggests I just bought 30mg sildenafil for the first time. I have never used anything like this before but I have had to instances of performance anxiety with my partner. I am being paranoid about the side effects. Can anyone tell me how to mitigate them or how long they last? I just wanna have sex without having to worry. Any and all advice is appreciated!

30mg will probably not give you side effects. It’s a low dose. If you are worried the first time cut it in half and see how you feel.
