Bluestacks Apps failing to open

Trying to run Fate Grand Order on Bluestacks, has been working just fine for the past couple weeks. Now I try to open the app and it opens, shows a white screen for a few seconds, then returns to the home page. Any fixes or workarounds? Preferably that don't involve uninstalling or losing account information.
