Help please, my Logitech controller doesnt seem to be recognised by Bluestacks5

Hey! I just installed Bluestacks 5 and am trying to map my Logitech F310 controller to play DS games via the Drastic emulator. Could anyone advise on how I should troubleshoot this please?

Bluestacks doesnt seem to recognise my controller even though I got the pop-up message when starting the client (I have tried both booting bluestacks before and after connecting the controller). I've also tried both auto and off as options for the gamepad input settings as guided on Gamepads on BlueStacks 5 – BlueStacks Support but neither seems to work.
