Game crashes immediately when i try to launch it through Bluestacks

Hi,
I've had this problem in the past but was fixed. After the latest update the Twisted Wonderland (Jap Version) game I have crashes immediately after i try launching it.
Does anyone have any tips please?
I'm including an image with what I'm getting after I try launching it.
The bluestacks version I have is the latest one: 5.11.42.1002 N32
I have Windows 10
