Push Notifications Stopped Working On 1 Device

I'm beating my head off the wall with this one.
I have 2 phones setup, 1 iPhone and 1 Android. The Android has stopped getting live alerts from Blue Iris. Sending a test works, but not when a camera is triggered. BI shows it sent the push.
I've wiped the apps storage and reinstalled it. I've removed the phone from BI and let it re-add itself. I cannot get it to work. Notifications are enabled.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
