Post Body

I have bad anxiety. When I have an episode, it feels exactly like I'm about to pass out. Faintness, walls closing in, unsteady on my feet, the whole nine yards. I know it's anxiety because I work a very intense job and this mostly happens to me while driving, talking to superiors, or at meetings - not on the job when I'm exerting a lot but so focused on my work it doesn't occur to me. How do you calm yourself down? I have tried box breathing, meditation, telling myself it isn't real etc but it just doesn't work. The only thing that works is well, work. I hate it, it feels SO real and I'm terrified of actually losing consciousness someday.
