This game is very flexible in terms of unit customization, which means you have to build your units around your team. There is no "BEST" Job, it mostly depends on your team and what your team needs. This post will TRY(lol) to give people a better idea of what job to take for their heroes.
I'm assuming the English descriptions have been mistranslated, because they're different to what's written in other versions of the game. I've proved Yan's leader skill translation wrong once, and I don't think this will be an exception. Unless someone proves me wrong by testing, of course. One example here is Ghost blade description saying "Kill damage". That's because the ULT in Chinese/Korean literally translates to something like "sure kill technique". This is google translate quality shit right here. Chance of being targeted was translated to CRIT on multiple occasions too.
Now that we got that out of the way, let's look into it a bit more.
Basic Info
To get a job for your hero, you must be at least at squad level 30. reaching level 30 unlocks the ability to enter the Job Change Dungeon. In this dungeon, you will fight a boss in order to earn Job Change scrolls, which you need to unlock a job. You need 50 scrolls to unlock a job for a hero. Different heroes have different numbers and types of jobs.
2 Job Change Dungeons will be available every day on a 10-day cycle, See here for the rotation.
You can only use heroes of the selected class into a dungeon, for example, you can only take Warriors into the Warrior Job dungeon. You also don't have access to friends or items.
After farming 50 scrolls, you choose a job and advance. Your job will now have a level, which can be raised up to your hero's current level to a maximum of 90. Each level grants additional stats to your hero. Each job grants different amounts of stats. Leveling up the job costs a special type of energy, which can be earned again through clearing the Job dungeons.
Your job isn't permanent, and ou can change it at any time at the cost of scrolls. Keep in mind that if you change job for a hero, you will have to start again from level 1 (needs confirmation, because wiki says otherwise)

Team building with POT and Job in mind
This is gonna be PvP focused because it's a big feature, with Sanctuary, Arena, Guild war and Tower of Fate.
Let's say we have a team which consists of:
War Maiden
Lilo.I
Spring
Linda
Anna
This is a team of 3 tanks and 2 damage dealers. With most people using Lilo.I in the arena teams, the outcome of the battle can easily be changed depending on whether or not Spring (Main source of damage) attacks the enemy Lilo.I on the first turn. To make up for the loss of damage should Spring attack Lilo.I, we could build War Maiden as a tanky damage dealer by giving her attack POT the "Life Drinker" class.
Now with Lilo.I, her stats are relatively even so the best POT to give her is all stat. But all stat isn't very useful unless it's 7-8%, and that's gonna cost a TON of awakening points so it's not an option for everyone. As an average player, it would be wise to focus on one stat like HP and build her a tank. To make use of that extra HP and her healing talent, train her into a War God. Her level 80 weapon grants her 5% attack and damage reduction, combine all that with her leader skill and you have a nice Tank Loli.
Next is Linda. You'd want her heal up as soon as possible, so you'd go for Divine Messenger. The boost in healing power pairs well with her talent, too.
Now, the Aggro order should go Lilo.I > War Maiden = Linda > Anna = Spring.
Spring, being the main damage dealer with the lowest Aggro priority, should go full damage. ATT POT and Ninja class.
Same with Anna, ATT POT and Sorcerer class.
Don't underestimate the importance of Aggro, because you need those damage dealers to stay alive and wreck some faces. The easiest way to see what your team needs is to watch your arena battles and defense replays. If your assassins get targeted often, maybe go War God for your warrior. If your team has huge defense and has trouble finishing off the opponent, consider going for damage boosts like Life Drinker or Ninja. It's your choice.
- A little extra about Linda: You can build her as a tanky damage dealer. The reason why this works is because her DEF is naturally high, and her ATT isn't that bad either. With ATT POT, her ATT can climb as high as that of Lilo.I's. But if she isn't max LB with more than 17%ATT and maxed equipment, neither her damage nor tankiness will be excellent. So if you're not aiming for the long run, just stick with HP or DEF.
