failed to complete my blood donation

2nd time donating today but due to a unexpected busy schedule and feeling zero effect after the 1st time I thought I would be okay not eating much and getting more after, I was wrong and due to feeling lightheaded and discolouring in the lips I had to stop.
I feel so stupid and annoyed for not taking it more serious I'll be sure to not take it soo lightly next time.
