[PS5] Refund successfully obtained

Good news to anyone who is dissatisfied, Sony will refund your purchase if you explain the unplayable bugginess to them.
The automated system will try to say you cannot refund the game if you've played it - this is false, get though to a human representative.
Caveat: I did play less than an hour, so YMMV depending on whether or not they consider play time.
