Has anyone seen the projects that are trading high volumes but it’s just transfers, if yes anyone know how to build out smart contracts of that sort?

A lot of projects on OpenSea are showing high volume trading but when you look into the details further it’s mostly trades amongst X amount of accounts. Anyone able to explain, replicate or create this type of model.
