I have had my share of working web3 full time for 2 years now, and this is some of the best tips I can give to anyone starting his own project in web3 👇🏻
-Don’t over promise, If you’re not going to deliver then don’t reveal your plan too soon for the community, be patient and hear them out, maybe they have a better direction for you.
-Solve a problem, building a web3 project is no different from building a business, you have to be offering a solution for a problem that exists, if you don’t have that solution yet then don’t start a project just because of FOMO.
-Your personal brand can go a long way, invest in yourself, find the time and make the effort to be known in the space, it will come in handy when you build your own project.
-Define a timeline for each step, I see this problem with a lot of projects that they spend months just building hype and doing marketing, and I understand market can be tricky sometimes but you have to find your way to deliver to your community, you can always Pivot a bit to eliminate the risks of the bear market but your community is not going to wait forever.
Last and foremost you need to know It will not be an overnight success, build your way up to the top takes time and patience, projects that sell out in minutes have been building in the dark for months and if you liked those steps book send me a message for a free marketing audit for your project 🚀
