What their options may be
Post Body
I can see several options for Blizzard. I am not a lawyer or a veteran of the industry, but I would like to lay out what cards they can play based on my perspective. This doesn't mean that they would choose the particular choice, but its just to show what they can do at this time.
- option 1: liquidate, sell their assets, or declare bankruptcy. either way they jump ship and can no longer maintain themselves. (what could happen if they face more than just civil lawsuits, like something criminal)
- option 2: settle with a fraction of their wallet, and get it over with while they can still produce games. (what I see happening)
- option 3: fight it in court. This would take up lots of resources and money. They would be fighting the state. (what may not happen unless they got balls of steel and high egos which they do have)
- option 4
- part 1: they get rid of all their rotten higher ups like how Brack left. They would get rid of Kotick, Frances Towsend, and all those people. I mean Bobby can just retire now, he doesnt have to work again and he shouldn't. (what we want to see happen).
- part 2: they do the same as part 1 but blizzard reforms by meeting the employee demands such as unionization or ending mandatory arbitrary clauses. (unrealistic scenerio but we can dream)
