First time cruisers

Hello group, my wife and I are looking at booking for next year’s November cruise. We have seen a ton of different ways to book but we are unclear on the best to fit ourselves. We are newish to the LS, been to several clubs and are looking to get our sea legs. She is 28 and I am 31. Is there any recommendations for newer people and what organization to book through? Thanks in advance and looking forward to November 25 🚢
