Looking to book our first cruise

Hey everyone, my wife and I are looking to book our first cruise. We are newer to the LS both 34yr. I just have a few questions that Iām hoping someone could answer.
From those who have been on the ships, is there much difference between the November 2024 ship and the April 2025 ship?
What are some of the past themed events? I tried to find information and general pictures (nothing personal) that show the atmosphere but could t locate anything.
Would a couple in their mid 30s be out of place?
