Kevin is a mooch

I'm not sure whether this has been discussed before, but it's apparent that Kevin is a mooch. He never seems genuinely excited for his "friends" until there's a gift for him. To top it off his boohoo storyline, I despise that he dumbs down his intelligence on the show. I believe that we got a small glimpse of adult Kevin while he was pitching his drink to Mimi and her husband. Hopefully, in future seasons we will get to see an authentic side to him.
