Anyone find a fix for splash screen?

Cause i've been trying to play since last night and nothing, my steam library says i've been playing this game for 7 hours and 6 of those hours are just me trying to get passed the BLESS SPLASH art on NA. NOW when i switch to EU i log in perfectly fine.. I've issued a ticket and no response at all...
