I have been following Blazor for a while and actually want to work on a site to get a grasp of the technology as I love C#. However when I have a build running and simply want to test it and make changes to the page it doesn't refresh the page when those changes are made (manual or automatic).
I have found in various places that Blazor should support live changes but seem to be unable to make it work. If anyone could help me here it would be great! Having to rebuild manually for minor changes can get frustrating.
