Cant use Page Up Or Page Down In BB: Chronophantom Extended

Hello, i use a laptop and on the number pad, i cant use page up or page down, as they are tied to 9 and 3. is there a way i can bind the two? i cant navigate some menus thanks to it, and using FN - 9 doesnt work. i dont plan on completely getting rid of or changing the bindings in my computer just for one game. thanks!
