Achieving Requiem Aeternam in True Torment mode

So I finished 2 penitences and the one I have left is the penitence of the True Guilt, and I only have Requiem Aeternam Achievement left to get, I thought of achieving it in this one, so I was wondering if I can use flasks now, since they give fervor instead of health.
