FPS troubles since U8

Hey everyone,
Since the update 40mins ago, I've had some really bad FPS issues, where I can get as low as 1 frame per second. I didn't have that problem before, even while using a couple of mods.
I removed my mods before the update took place.
I have a RTX 2080, i7-9700k @ 3.6GHz, 32gb of RAM DDR6
Anyone else? D:
Otherwise, really cool update. I don't quite understand how to shoot fireballs efficiently yet, but I'll get there once I can play xD
