Is this a messy situation?
Post Body

Hi, I am asking for a 75 M. Last year had non invasive bladder cancer and had TURBT done with 5 rounds of BCG. His frequent urination has not stopped and constantly on catherer for the last 9 months.

The BCG had inflamed his bladder badly. Obtained numerous medical opinions and he was suggested take Tuberculosis medicine for the last six months. He has finished his course but made him immobile - his hands / feet are hurting badly and cannot move and this is suspected to be peripheral neuropathy.

He is suffering from extreme pain from catheter and the pain from anti TB medicine.

He had urine test taken and there are two things that look worrying - the report says Albumin 2 is present and googling this isn't great news! plus bacteria present, which I think is infection. In anycase only doctor can say what this is and he is due to visit in the next few days.

In hindsight removing bladder would have been the best course of action had the decision taken last year but with all of this others problems going on, removing bladder is worrying with all the other problems accumulated over the last few months.

Any thing you can say that might help with this situation please?
