My mom has a neobladder. They made her intestine into a bladder. They removed her bladder and her uterus and she was cancer free. From what she’s gone through I don’t recommend them because she is incontinent now. She has to wear a brief all the time and change it often. That’s not how it was described to her.
She did pelvic floor training for a few months and she had a blood test and a sonogram. This was her test results up above. I’m trying to see if that means the wall of her intestine is cancerous. I’ll know when her appointment is but she doesn’t want to call any earlier and she doesn’t want to have anymore surgery or do anything about it if it is cancer. I will have to wait to see what her doctor says.
