Need help finding a good sword smith?

Hi! I wanted to get my boyfriend a custom sword for our five year anniversary but I want it to be special. I tried looking online by myself but everything looked like a scam or some kind of cheap stuff on Amazon. If anybody could help me find a reliable smith that specializes in swords?(sorry I don’t know anything about smithing ;-;) that would be awesome! I just want to get him the best there is :3
