No more razor bumps just discoloration

I need a skin care routine to help me with the discoloration on my neck.
After spending years shaving every day with a straight razor and battling razor bumps, I’ve switched my routine to an electric shaver. Good news, razor bumps are mostly gone but my neck is still discolored. Any suggestions on how to even things out?
