First time visit, some questions

So I’m a nudist, I live in Austin and frequent hippie hollow but I’ll be in San Diego and wanted to check out blacks beach.

I looked at the map but I’m confused. Is parking free? Where do you park? On google maps it looks like there is parking near the gilder port and also near “blacks beach trail”? There also is parking on Torrey pines scenic drive. It appears to be a giant lot. What restrictions are in place as I wouldn’t want to get my rental car towed.

How do you get down there? Is citizens trail the only way? Sorry for all these questions - if you ever visit hippie hollow I can answer any questions about that in exchange! :)
