A number of errors exist in the captions. Things like "[m]issle" or using "their" instead of "they're". Most of them are in the tutorials and make the game look straight-up unprofessional. Was any proofreading done?
Futher, the only reason that I even saw them in the first place was because I was forced to turn off all character voices because Woods is thoroughly obnoxious and grating, like the COD equivalent of the annoying sidekick(s) in Disney films. Who signed off on the COD version of Claptrap?
Also, why do the tutorials force you to wait for so damn long after being issued instructions before you are actually permitted to follow them? I feel like I'm being forced to wait to watch for traffic while crossing a deserted street in the middle of the night.
I really hope I enjoy the actual game more than the tutorial matches as well, because playing with bots that are as clever as Bronze-ranked players in Overwatch, who continually stagger themselves and don't listen to voice prompts is driving me crazy.
If the game wasn't a gift, I probably would have returned it by now because it needs another round of QA for user experience, to be frank.
