Treyarch this is BS! Facepaints lost on zombies fresh start.

I completed all of the Halloween event facepaints and the Christmas ones too through the zombies event quest and then fresh started got the calling card and I lost all of them. And now have no way of re earning the Halloween ones and have to redo the Christmas ones.
