Bloodthirsties don't count towards the camo challenge if they are broken up by a round change.

Thought I'd got my final knife bloodthirsty this morning but it turns out that it doesn't count towards the challenge if its split up by a round change.
I got 2 kills in domination, then we switched ends and I got the other 3. It gave me a bloodthirsty medal but didn't count towards the camo. I let my guard down once I thought I'd got it. Might save someone if the know to keep going.
