I cant keep my friends on the game. I just cant. I want to play but it’s just too much for everyone to deal with. I get into matches on the game and i do fine performance-wise, but then stupid things happen that just shouldn’t and it sours the experience for me. I literally cant look at the app on my system without feeling dread and bitterness anymore.

Ive realized that it’s not just my friends anymore, it’s me too. I used to try to say, “it’s still cod! We can still have fun”, but no. The bullcrap is getting old and i cant play the game without thinking about how much money this company is making while spending a fraction of a fraction of their profit on actually making their next games better.

Here are some things to think about:

Care packages take 7.12 years to get you the random scorestreak into your pocket.

Blue screens. Glad that the forums for the game arent actually on the game application because i would probably blue screen in the middle of typing this and lose everything.

The crouching perk exploit STILL WORKS ITS BEEN A MONTH

Peaker’s advantage. If you peak first, you see the enemy before they see you

Maddox is still the absolute best “SMG” at least thats what its used for (kills faster than all smgs except spitfire)

ICR is still the absolute best traditional AR (too accurate for how fast it kills mainly due to grip 2)

Cosmetic progression disappearing. We literally cant work toward anything without relogging in just to see it gone.

The cosmetics are a joke and the system by which you warn them is not customer friendly.

Spawns. Spawns. Spawns. Spawns, spawns, and spawns. I die from behind with my back to the out of bounds area way to much because people literally spawn on me.

Strobe light hasn’t been deleted from the game yet. It doesnt belong in the game. Semi auto shotguns have always been OP back to MW3 and yet you still find a way to break them. (Brecci ptsd intensifies)

Purifier is still broke. The range is arms reach.

Competitive for this game is cancer. You set barbed wire and the shield on top of bomb after it is planted in search and destroy and you literally cannot lose the round period. Also, the only viable weapons are the ICR for long range, the maddox for close, and the saug (much less often used) for really close up. Thats it. If you try to use something else it is impossible because this game was balanced so poorly. All the guns have different attachments that make them usable in public matches but competitive bans specific ones which completely eliminates the diversity of what guns you can use and makes playing comp SO boring.

There is ARMOR AND EXTRA HEALTH IN THE GAME. We went over this after Cod4: jug and stopping power have no place in the game because they are crutch perks and they change the time to kill. Why are we regressing and putting it into a new game? The only difference there should be in time to kill should come from using different guns for different advantageous ranges and situations. It shouldn’t be “oh lets load up on all the OP perks and attachments that make the enemy die quicker and me die slower”. It should be “lets find a way to be uniquely tactical about the gunfights i engage in and the tactics i use to maximize my killing potential”.

People can shoot you around a corner. Literally. Its like the movie “Wanted” on every map.

Menu system is buggy. MODERN WARFARE 2’s MENU WASNT BUGGY TREYARCH. IT’s BEEN A DECADE.

Look, if you can still have fun on the game despite these things then i am happy for you and im not trying to rain on your parade. You dont need to feel bad just because you enjoy something. Im just saying all this because i CANT play without getting bummed out and a lot of my friends are the same way right now.

Do me a favor guys and let me know when the game is actually playable again because i probably wont touch it until most of these issues are corrected. Catch you guys on red dead!
