"No Active Missions Available"

So I got on to play yesterday, missions show up just fine. I restarted my modem because my connection was shoddy, and fire up the game again, and now my missions aren't appearing? I've restarted the game again, my computer, etc. I still keep getting the "No Active Missions Available - Please check again later" message.
Not sure whats up, but i want my GP! Help anyone?
