Blacklight Prime: should be called Upgrade, not Membership.

Membership, generally, implies there's an ongoing member's fee - upgrades, however, generally imply one time. This would make the $5 one time fee actually sound like a one time fee instead of a monthly rate - thus avoiding scaring off new players.
I do think it's an interesting thing to charge for, though - leaves receivers free to temp, and free to perm if you time it right.
