So I’ve been on T for almost 7 months in about a week. I’m very happy with all of my physical changes… however something I’m most dysphoric about, my voice, has had little change. I know this because my mother and father live 2k miles away and i call them every night, my mom said there was a little change in my voice but definitely nothing too crazy. I also asked my partner and she said the same thing. We have T friends, go when I look at my friends with their rumbling voices 3 months in I get so sad. I will say though, I started on gel. 2 months on gel, then to injections which was .15 to start… I just recently around month 6 got pushed to .5 when I moved care to a new place which sucks because Plume never looked at my labs seriously even though I told them I felt like my levels were was too low at 268 month 3. It’s my biggest source of dysphoria because I pass in every other way. Even when I record it on a voice app, it tells me it’s kinda low one day and mostly andro another. I’m just tired of people saying “Hi sir!” Then when I open my mouth they say “…oh I’m sorry, ma’am?” It fucking sucks ass. Alright. Thank you for coming to my TED talk🧍🏾♂️
