First and foremost as a black man I understand and respect black spaces. I am black my wife is Pakistani so we are not the typical B/W interracial couple. We have been in the lifestyle for about a year. I am looking for honest opinions about interracial couples. We have met a few black couples but mostly we are approached by other interracial couples and white couples. When we go to black events people are friendly we talk etc but rarely does it go further. We have seen how white women who are at the same event behave and understand why people look at them a certain way. What do black couples think about interracial couples? Do you welcome them? Do you play? Is it disrespectful of the space for them to be around?
We present as interracial (Black female and B/W mixed with very light skin man) and mostly get approached by white couples, much of this is due to where we live. I would love to find more Black swinging spaces for meet ups but who knows if they’d want us, I’d be disappointed but understand if they didn’t. We went to Vegas and met some fully Black swinger couples and they were very welcoming but we’re Bay Area based so that’s where we’d prefer to build up community.
I feel fine seeing interracial couples but their behavior towards has been a pattern based on whether the woman is Black (they are likely to talk to us) or the man is Black (likely to not talk to us.) Just my experience in a white dominant area.
Your experience is interesting with the couples make up.
We both prefer people of color. Its our first choice a that is why we attend black events etc. There are other south asians in the lifestyle but no parties meetup etc. She doesn't really care for the men for reasons of culture etc etc so that is a dead end.
Oh we have couples that we are friends with. We are on SDC and meet couples at meetups etc. I was curious to know about how people felt about us in black spaces.
She doesn't and being non white she get the fetish fantasy thing herself. People call her Princess Jasmine and exotic etc. He its not a problematic as BBC but she doesn't like it. Like I said people are friendly enough but it kinda stops there. Like someone else said it might just be a simple attraction thing.
I appreciate the honest response. I definitely don't want to disrespect the places we create.
What you are talking about is different than my question. By the very nature of being in a IR we see each other as people and a skin color. My question was about entering and interjecting us it to spaces that people set up for themselves. Black spaces are important.

Yeah it always hard to tell. Getting 4 people on the same page might just be the issue.

We both feel that way. She is the one that noticed the white girls at the pool party we were at. They were throwing themselves at men.
