I Think Self-Love is the key to happiness and the improvement of our LIVES!

Living in a deficit of self-love is a very lonely and sometimes painful place to be. Often our pursuit of happiness becomes an external effort to seek validation and perfection in the way we are viewed in the eyes of another. The judgements and invalidation we experienced from our caregivers and peers were a strong influence towards our self perception. Shame, fawning, self-hate, and toxic escapes become a by-product of this unresolved trauma.

The brave will look within themselves to peel back the layers of uncomfortable experiences, and in this agony, we find the strength to love ourselves.

Check out part 2 to our talk on codependency (SLDD). In this talk we explore self-love abundance and how to cultivate more of it for you!
