I'm(17m) realizing how deep patriarchal thinking really is and it's like fuckkkk, and the thing is I don't really have a support system other than my therapist so its like; How do I break out of like the variety and the deepness that is this psychological patriarchy, because it's like even my humor or my way of commentating on things or my willing or eagerness be "funny" or "cool" or "suave" even those feel connected to patriarchy and kinda fake, like are there exercises that help with less patriarchal thought

Also it's like I grew up around like really really toxic masculinity(gangmembers, abusive personalities, strippers and prostitutes)it feels so ingrained and pervasive like FUCK
