Edit to title: Anissa Her hair. Perhaps this has already been discussed here. And, perhaps, as a white male, I cannot begin to comprehend the absolute magic that is a black woman's hair. If either of these are the case, I would very much appreciate a gentle enlightenment to such. Now, on the the actual reason for my post: It seems to me that Anissa's undiscussed/unaddressed super powers is her ability to change her hair style seemingly on a dime. I mean, in one scene, in what seems to be just minutes, her hair goes from being in tight, bumpy buns, to being in a completely different, fancy dress bun, to being teased out in what I can only describe (without knowing the proper terminology for it) as a low afro. Also, every time she goes out as thunder, her hair is in a long, tight braid, regardless of how it was styled in the previous scene. It's one thing to change outfits within minutes and get the fit right. But, to my knowledge, changing ones hair style that drastically is a process that should take SOME TIME; please someone correct me if my understanding here is off. But I just can't imagine Anissa getting the call that something is going down and her saying "well tell those criminals they have to wait; I need to braid my hair."
I realize it's just a TV show and should be watched for the entertainment value and the social messages it's trying to convey, but to me this breaks the immersion just a bit.
Edit for typo/better syntax
