I'm not gonna lie, been going through tough times and it had an impact on my hygiene, I haven't done any type of hair treatment besides just showering with soap and water, only cutting it down when it got too high. Also Constantly wore a hat at all times without washing it at all. Never used oil, conditioner, or anything at all for about 5 years (I'm 17). Didn't have anyone to teach me how and I didn't have the motivation to do so. Recently I've been talking to this girl who actually tolerates me and I want to actually treat my hair and my skin. Do yall have any basic shower routines for treating hair as well as any links for conditioner or shampoo that works well with 4c hair?
Very, very new to hair treatment so I don't know any terms at all
