I’m need of a curly hair routine that works I have 4c curls

I’ve been trying out basically every curly hair routine on YouTube and none of them have worked I have 4c curls and I can’t seem to define them I even tried a texturizer which I though has worked but even though it’s loosened my curls the only thing that works for me is two strands and coils I’ve been thinking for a while now to just go ahead and get a perm unpopular opinion I know but I’m still open to trying it if you have any tips please leave them below
