Question about using a hooded dryer

Been trying out the wash n go instructions from the Black Curl Magic ladies and I’m struggling a little with the hooded dryer. It’s hard for me to sit still under that for an hour but I manage it, however the under parts of my hair stay wet while the rest dry.
How do I make sure all of it dries evenly?
