I need some serious help.

Ive been on and off this game for like 2 years and have a few lvl 60 characters made off tokens but my main is a Lv70 Sura that's around 10k cp and I can't figure how to properly gear because everyone I ask just say to do main quest but I'm absolutely fucking lost.pic
